At mpaonline, we thought the Samsung would have launched the Galaxy S11 this February (the power of S11 article).
We were wrong, wrong and wrong again. It will be launched on 6th March in USA, UAE and Australia and 13th March in the UK, a month later than predicted but they jumped from S11 to S20! We didn’t see that coming.
There are three versions of the new Galaxy phone; S20, S20 Ultra and the S20 Plus.
Samsung Galaxy S20 and Galaxy S20 Plus
Let’s start with the Galaxy S20, it’s 6.2-inch screen boasts at a fast 120Hz refresh rate with 5G download speeds. The Galaxy S20 Plus has a slightly bigger 6.7-inch QHD display and 120Hz refresh rate. Both devices have a triple lenses are far much better cameras on the front and back than its predecessors.
The 8K video feature seems to be great but Samsung’s advanced Steady Stabilization doesn’t apply, so you won't get ultra smooth videos.
We guessed there would be no headphone jack, following the same design as the Galaxy Note 10, and we can say we were right!
It seems the new Galaxy S20 and Galaxy S20 Plus will have a longer battery life, which will bring joy to a lot of Samsung users.
In the United Kingdom the Galaxy S20 5G price is at £899 with 128GB of storage while the Galaxy S20 Plus costs £999. So, if you want additional storage, you’ll have to buy the Galaxy S20 Ultra.

So, what is the major difference with the Galaxy S20 Ultra? For start, it is Samsung’s biggest Android phone and the world’s most advanced 5G and best camera phone to date.
The Ultra boast three things: a huge 6.9-inch screen, 120Hz display, a quad-lens rear camera with insane zoom levels and 8K video recording. But, that’s not it, it also has 5G antennas that enable higher peak speeds than the Galaxy S20.
So how much will it cost you? The S20 Ultra will cost £1,199 for the version with 128GB of internal storage and 12GB of RAM and the 512GB version and costs a whopping £1,399!
